Please note that materials and products provided in the course of such work are covered by standard manufacturers’ warranties, which may be for a shorter period.
In the unlikely event of a claim under our guarantee, arising from faulty installation or repair work, rest assured that any necessary rectification will be treated as a priority and will be dealt with at the customer’s earliest convenience.
Problems which arise outside our guarantee period may also be rectified free of charge, or at a partial charge, at our discretion.
