GT Joinery has recently acquired a new, and much larger, workshop in West Moseley, and we are looking to expand our team. We are looking for individuals with extensive technical joinery experience, who can ensure sophisticated design concepts are accomplished and functional.
You will be part of a highly skilled team, specialising in the manufacture of high-quality, bespoke joinery and cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. You will be producing custom made bespoke joinery, bespoke fitted furniture, cabinetry, bespoke kitchens, timber windows, bespoke timber staircases, fine timber mouldings and traditional joinery.

Workshop Production Manager
Role Requirements:
- Manage the day to day manufacturing in the workshop
- Maximise efficiency and minimise wastage
- Experience and knowledge of window and door joinery
- Experience in fittings
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Ability to manage a team
- Ability to ensure a high-quality standard of work
- Must be able to work efficiently to a tight schedule
- Full UK Driving Licence
Cabinet Fitter
Role Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing bespoke units for kitchens, bedrooms/dressings etc
- Experience in using all kinds of woodworking machinery
- Experience in fittings
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Ability to ensure a high-quality standard of work
- Must be able to work efficiently to a tight schedule

Bench Joiner

Role Requirements:

Paint Sprayer
Role Requirements
- Experience applying all finishes from basic primer and lacquer up to finished topcoat
- Experience in finishing within a joinery/cabinet making business
- Ability to spray all bespoke joinery pieces to a high standard
- Ability to ensure a high-quality standard of work
- Must be able to work efficiently to a tight schedule
- Full UK Driving Licence
Kitchen Cabinet Designer
Role Requirements
- Experience in designing, manufacturing and fitting a variety of kitchen units
- Knowledge of all aspects of joinery
- Experience in using all kinds of woodworking machinery
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Ability to ensure a high-quality standard of work
- Must be able to work efficiently to a tight schedule

Admin Assistant
Ideal position for recent graduate or student currently completing university degree with regards to business. Being part of a local SME means you will be seeing all aspects of the companies functions, from providing initial quotations, to ordering materials, seeing the full manufacturing process, to final invoice and installation.
